This natural lake, which can be found within Tijuca National Park, provides tourists with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore the Amazon rainforest. The water is as clean as glass, and the trees that surround the area give shade, making for a serene setting that is perfect for unwinding and taking it easy.

3. Lagoa dos Patos

The Lagoa dos Patos Biological Reserve safeguards more than 1,000 acres of unspoiled rainforest, including this pool, which can be found within the reserve. The pool, which is located on top of a waterfall, can be reached by visitors by hiking the park's trails and making their way through the surrounding forest.

4. Lagoa Azul

The algae that bloom naturally in the waters of this pool are the source of its beautiful blue color. Since the 1930s, the Lagoa, which can be found in the National Park of Marinho do Araguaia, has been a popular destination for tourists.

5. **Lagoa Barreirinhas**

The Barreirinhas Ecological Station, which was established to preserve the mangroves in the area, has this pool as one of its components. The city is protected from flooding thanks to the mangroves, which act as a buffer against storm surges.

This body of water is inhabited by about 300 distinct species of fish, some of which include piranha, tambaqui, pacu, and catfish. The Recreio dos Bandeirantes neighborhood is home to the Lagoa, which is accessible to visitors every day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This swimming hole was given its name after the silver coins that were extracted from the ground nearby. At the Museu d'Arte Contemporanea de So Paulo, guests can view the remnants of antique mining equipment and gain an understanding of the history of the surrounding area.

9. Lagoa da Fazenda

This swimming area, which encompasses close to 40 acres, makes it one of the largest in all of Rio. It can be found in the Morro da Urca area and is open every day from seven in the morning until six in the evening.
